Village Grand Plan

We have just left the village. Fausto & family are top. Organization at the highest levels. The food was exceptional, served with different daily menus with a lot of variety of fish. Friendly and helpful waiters. Beautiful swimming pool and always clean. Cozy rooms located in small houses, each separate from the other. Fun entertainment always ready to make you smile, Roberta from the mini club is very sweet and always ready to pick up children to make you have a peaceful day. We had a really nice week, in this regard we extended our stay by another 2 days. Also a positive note is the fact that you can unload and load your car's luggage in front of your room. Room cleaning carried out daily, perhaps here I would advise the women who take care of the cleaning to clean/remove all the dead mosquitoes on the walls/wardrobes. I'm sorry to give this opinion, unfortunately a Village is made up of many aspects and there are many that have gone well and some less well and I would like this review to contribute to making them improve. 1) first of all at check in we are asked for an amount still to be paid, it seems strange to me, I ask for the details, and inside there were 70 euros worth of air conditioners, saying that it was not agreed upon they told me that it was an "optional contribution", to which I say that first I'll see how I feel about it, then at the end I'll ask him if I need it and I did well because in the week from 6 to 13 August there was no need. Another aspect to improve is that breakfast is not a buffet, which for me was very negative. They bring a brioche each, which is empty and must be filled with packs of spreadable cream and jams. They don't even give that many so I asked them to bring them to us. Even the portions of the meals are not large, especially for the first courses. I told them, look, people on holiday want to eat, I asked for an encore (feeling like Oliver Twist :) ) and they replied, "let's see if there's some left over". These, in addition to the poor WiFi but you can do without it on holiday, are the aspects that absolutely need to be improved, especially the breakfast. However, to say that we were bad would be false. First of all, the cuisine is good, especially the fish dishes. The entertainment is super with the really nice Hollywood guys, the environment is clean and the houses are in the shade and soundproofed. The swimming pool is beautiful and the associated beach is also beautiful, in a very clean bathroom. We had a good time, shame about the really poor breakfast

PERFECT HOLIDAY! The best compliments to all the staff, starting from the chef, exquisite food, perfect restaurant service, kind, friendly and very good waiters! Beautiful place, everything looked after, clean and welcoming. We stayed in a quadruple room, very nice, new bathrooms, large shower, air conditioning, mini bar. Perfect cleaning service! Beautiful swimming pool, very large and with hydromassage tub, all well looked after. Shuttle service to the beach. Top entertainment, everyone was good, friendly, especially Giovanni, fantastic!! My 7 and 2 year old children had a great time, and so did we parents, a relaxing holiday. Everything perfect, the perfect first holiday! Quality - TOP price! Thanks again for everything!

Very nice village, not very large, suitable for families with children. I stayed from 6 to 13 August, 2 adults and a 3 year old. Very spacious and clean rooms, cleaning ladies always very attentive and kind; beds absolutely need to be changed, they are very uncomfortable. Very nice and well-kept swimming pool. Always very good food, we didn't find a dish that wasn't good, just two small precautions: during a week the dessert was served only once, the breakfast needs to be improved both in quality and choice. Excellent entertainment, every evening baby dance, shows and group dances and lots of games for everyone. Non-intrusive but fun animation. For the beach service there are shuttles driven by entertainers who know how to entertain even in those 5 minute journey. For the car there is an internal covered parking with shaded cloth. Little tip: bring something long that is quite breezy and cool in the evening!
